Comedic chops with meaningful messaging

Jeff’s talks have a unique way of leaving people laughing, while leaving them inspired. One doesn’t sacrifice the other when Jeff speaks—probably because his own story has plenty of both. Growing up in Iowa, Jeff only had faraway hopes of making a career in comedy, yet it happened in the most unlikely way. Though he’s made pit stops in New York and Los Angeles, Jeff built a syndicated late night talk show on FOX, NBC, ABC & CW around the country while broadcasting from Springfield, MO—not exactly the entertainment capital of America. The Mystery Hour aired for 10 seasons and 225 episodes, won 4 Emmys, and had the largest audience per taping of any late night talk show. Not only does Jeff have a message of Make Something Where You Are, he’s lived it.

Jeff carries a meaningful side in balance with his comedic side that allows his talks to be both uproariously entertaining and packed with practical and motivational advice leaving audiences inspired. Jeff also offers hybrid talks that combine messaging with an improv show.
